1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Trad500 trading platform, website, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. Trad500 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Eligibility
To use Trad500 services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a resident of India • Have a valid PAN card • Not be prohibited from trading under any applicable law • Complete the KYC verification process successfully By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information during registration • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access Trad500 may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
4. Trading Services
Trad500 provides access to trading in: • Equity (NSE, BSE) • Futures & Options (NSE F&O) • Commodities (MCX) All trades are subject to: • Applicable exchange rules and regulations • MISA Regulation compliance • Margin requirements as specified • Trading hours of respective exchanges
5. Leverage and Margin
Trad500 offers leverage up to 500× for qualified traders. By using leverage, you acknowledge that: • Leverage amplifies both profits and losses • You may lose more than your initial deposit • Margin calls may require immediate additional funds • Positions may be liquidated if margin requirements are not met It is your responsibility to monitor your positions and maintain adequate margin at all times.
6. Fees and Charges
Our fee structure includes: • Brokerage: As per account type (Zero brokerage on equity for Silver+ accounts) • Spread Charges, Swap Charges • Exchange transaction charges • Conversion Charges From Crypto Payment All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before trade execution.
7. Deposits and Withdrawals
• Deposits: Processed through approved payment methods only • Withdrawals: Processed within 24-48 hours (expedited for Gold/Platinum) • All transactions must be from/to bank accounts in your name • We reserve the right to verify source of funds • Anti-money laundering checks may delay processing
8. Referral Program
The 10% referral bonus is subject to: • Referred person completing registration and KYC • Referred person making minimum qualifying deposit • Bonus calculated on trading activity, not deposits • Referred Person Should Complete The 5X Wagering Of Bonus Amount To Withdraw • Maximum bonus limits as per program terms • Trad500 reserves the right to modify or terminate the program
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Trad500 platform, including but not limited to: • Logos, trademarks, and brand elements • Software, code, and algorithms • Educational content and research • User interface and design is the property of Trad500 and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Trad500 shall not be liable for: • Trading losses incurred by users • System downtime or technical failures beyond our control • Losses due to market volatility • Unauthorized access due to user negligence • Force majeure events Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be: • First attempted to be resolved through customer support • Escalated to compliance team if unresolved • Cross Verification Of The Dispute With Internal Compliance Team With High Priority • Governed by laws of Product License Provider
12. Termination
Trad500 may suspend or terminate your account: • For violation of these terms • For suspicious or fraudulent activity • Upon regulatory requirement • At our discretion with reasonable notice You may close your account by withdrawing all funds and submitting a closure request.
